Now more than ever, the protection and privacy of student data is very important. Our team has been working hard over the past few months to make sure that student data is secure and complies with Data Privacy Agreements (DPA) at the school, district, and state levels. Thanks to the efforts of the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) and a consistent approach to DPAs developed by more than 20 state alliances, the process has become simpler and more streamlined. As a result, we are very encouraged by the recent release of the first National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA) put together by SDPC, which will make this process simpler for everyone involved.
