Keep Your Music Program Moving Forward

As we continue to navigate the impact of COVID-19, we wanted to reach out with an update on our work to support you and your music program.

Firstwe’d like to help by offering Cut Time – our music program management solution – for free, to new customers until the end of June.  With most of us managing our programs remotely for the foreseeable future,  Cut Time has specific features that can help. This includes an assignment module, group communications, document sharing and comprehensive people management.

These are just some of the features that can help keep your program moving forward and keep your students engaged and learning music.

To our current customers – thank you! We have seen a tremendous increase in usage over the past few weeks and we want to help you get the most out of Cut Time. To that end, we are enhancing our support efforts and inviting all our users to collaborate and share best practices on the use of Cut Time.  We  encourage all users to take advantage of these valuable (free) services:

  • Cut Time data import services. We get your data into Cut Time quickly so that you and your program get maximum value in a short period of time.
  • Webinar series on how to use Cut Time most effectively, as well as best practices from your colleagues. (See webinar schedule below.)
  • Engagement with our Social Media channels including Facebook and Twitter (@Cuttimeofficial), as well as our Facebook Community Page, where you can share best practices and interact with other music education professionals.

Together, we can work to keep your music education program moving forward!

Cut Time “Lunch and Learn” training webinars will show you how to get immediate benefits from Cut Time. Now, more than ever, maintaining a strong connection with your students, parents and staff, is crucial. Our Customer Support team is standing by at any time to help you import your program’s data, do one-on-one training sessions, or simply answer any questions you have.
