Track the attendance at events and cut down the time it takes to assign instruments in the Inventory module.
We have two new features on the horizon in Cut Time. The first feature currently in test is Event Attendance. Event Attendance will give you the ability to track attendance for any new events created within your Calendar Module. This feature will give you the ability to mark a member or volunteer Present, Absent, Tardy, or Excused and even gives you the ability to enter a comment. These records will be able to be seen by members and parents, as well as, admins will have the ability to run reports from this information.
The other feature coming soon is the Mass Update tool for instrument inventory. This Mass Updater will help you streamline the process of assigning instrument inventory to your members. You will also be able to assign multiple instruments at one time from this one screen.
